  The only reason I am giving a one star is because 0 is not an option. My daughter in law was seen here yesterday for her 2 top wisdom teeth. The dentist there pulled one and attempted to pull the other. She couldn't get the other out so just sent her home. This morning my dil woke up in extreme pain on the side they couldn't get out. I called at 845am and Dr wasn't in yet, they said they would call when she gets there. I call back at 1030, at that time she is with a patient. Call again at 125pm and now she gets on the phone and says they will work on getting her in to a surgeon. I say that I already got her an appointment with a surgeon for tomorrow but she needs pain medicine. She says take Motrin that she gave her. It doesn't help at all. She LIED to me and said she only used her fingers to feel the tooth that she couldn't get out. My dil says she used a tool and pulled very hard. Her gum is hanging down now. Don't think that is caused by a finger. She did wrong and now wants to lie. Very unprofessional. Same goes for her office staff. Never again will I recommend them to anyone. Dr. Heckley you are a joke.
